liblablgtk2-ocaml-dev software package provides OCaml bindings to Gtk+ version 2, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblablgtk2-ocaml-dev
liblablgtk2-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblablgtk2-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblablgtk2-ocaml-dev *
You will get with liblablgtk2-ocaml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
